  2. Photo Synthesis is a type of Sex crime when a person synthesizes a person’s face or any part of their body with an explicit picture or video. 

  1. Consuming, Possessing, Circulation

  1. Even just consuming and watching these can result in prison time because watching these makes the person that made/circulated it make money.

  2. Also the same thing for Possessing this stuff.


  1.  Online Grooming

  1. What is Online Grooming?

  1. Online Grooming or Child Grooming is to befriend or establishing an emotional connection with a child, to lower the child’s inhibitions with the objective of sexual abuse. (Wikipedia)

  1.  Tactics of Online Grooming

  1. The person usually makes you think he/she is a friendly person, and they usually are very kind to you.

  2. They send you gifts, they help you in various ways, establishing a more established relationship. 

  3. If the time has come, the person will give you a link/app or anything that can be exposed to a virus and after you download it they will hack your phone and take all your personal info.

  1. Some of this personal info are house address, phone number, contacts, passwords, etc.

  1. They threaten you to send pictures of your body, etc. or that they will send a picture that may be disturbing to your contacts.




  1. Positive and Negative Effects on Social Media

  1. Positive

  1. You can easily contact other people.

  2. Easy to get help.

  3. Know people that you didn’t know before and have a larger influence on other people.

  4. And many more!

  1. Negative

  1. Your information can be stolen fairly easily.

  2. There are sex offenders that are disguised and always out hunting.

  3. There can be viruses that might steal your personal info.
